What is a Forklore?
A Forklore is your personal record of a restaurant experience. It includes your photos, your review, your rating, and any notes you want to keep — it's more than a review, it's the story of the meal.
What is the Fork Factor?
Fork Factor is our community-powered restaurant rating system, coming soon. The more Forklores Fork Yeah members create about a restaurant, the more accurate and trustworthy its Fork Factor score becomes. Real ratings, from real food lovers.
Is Fork Yeah free to use?
Yes! Fork Yeah is free to download and use. Create Forklores, browse your restaurant map, and write as many reviews as you like at no cost.
How do I delete my account or data?
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing tech@forkyeah.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We'll process it within 7 business days. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
The app crashed or something isn't working — what do I do?
First, try closing and reopening the app, and make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If the problem persists, email tech@forkyeah.app with a description of what happened and your device model — we'll sort it out fast.
Can I export my Forklores?
Export functionality is on our roadmap. In the meantime, if you need a copy of your data, email tech@forkyeah.app and we'll help you out manually.
How long does it take to get a response?
We aim to respond to all support emails within 1–2 business days. Technical issues are prioritised and usually handled faster.
